Nicole and Bateman got married in a sweet backyard wedding in Savannah Georgia. But this isn’t your typical backyard wedding. The rain loomed over us all day but luckily it didn’t start raining until after the ceremony. Their wedding day was nothing short of perfect. Their day was full of unique aspects that made their wedding even better than it was. For starters, Nicole did her own makeup that day, I mean what a beauty! Bateman built a custom beer bar for the beer he MADE for the wedding. Not only did he brew the beer, he also made the bourbon they buried at the ceremony site months before. After digging it up, they even shared it with me. It was actually good! And I’m not a bourbon girl.

They exchanged letters and gifts before their first look. Bateman gave Nicole a customized Bible and Nicole started a journal for Bateman. To make the day even sweeter, Bateman surprised Nicole and wore her Dad’s white dinner coat for the ceremony that her Dad wore on her parent’s wedding day. There was not a dry eye in the house.
